As a mother, there are certain things you DON’T want to hear:
a) Your husband: “What’s that hideous thing that happened to the kids?”
b) Junior’s school teacher: “Could do better in maths—if he didn’t think Calculus was a Roman war hero.”
c) Junior: “Mum! I was bored, so I ‘coloured’ the walls in our living room.”
Half way thru’ summer holidays and the little genius is getting on your nerves, ha? Sign him/her up for FC Barcelona Football School.
The little wannabe Ronaldinho clad in Barça kit (shoes, uniform, shin pads, everything) learns all about the game from the club’s trainers who are coming over to Zeynep Mutlu Schools for a short time only.
Included are theory and practice of football with lots of recreational activities plus English. Those who eat, drink and sleep nothing but footie can also join the extra weekend programme which takes them to Barcelona to meet their heros.
Make no mistake: this is one club activity s/he’ll be kicking heels to join.
