Bag of Tricks

Baggu Reusable Shopping Bags

You do your bit when it comes to environment: You eat organic, share the car, frequent thrift shops.  (OK, that Chanel dress was a bit over the budget, but vintage effectively means recycling, no?)

Now you can save the planet…in style.

Baggu (‘bag’ in Japanese) is the latest ‘It’ bag for eco-conscious fashionistas around the world.  It’s made from super strong yet lightweight rip-stop nylon; can hold 2-3 carrier bags of groceries, books, etc., and is perfect length to hold in hand or over the shoulder. A FUNctional lifesaver, which folds neatly into a pouch when not in use.

Created by mother and daughter team Joan & Emily Sugihara, it’s a trendy answer to ugly plastic bags.  (Hey, you do want to look fabulous even with your arms full of stuff.)

Now, that’s A Convenient Truth.

See the styles at baggubag.com, or email to Ayse Tatari at contact@mybaggu.com to order online.
