The hottest event in yogic calendar takes place on the longest night of the year.
Shiva Rea (her name comes from Hindu Lord of Dance, who also happens to be the first teacher of yoga) lands in town for one night only. Dubbed as the ‘Madonna of the yoga world’, California-born Shiva counts among clients Alanis Morissette, Will-Jada Smith, Danny deVito and Pierce Brosnan (who would be our dream yoga date).
Shiva will bring to the workshop her years of expertise as Vinyasa flow instructor and her famous ‘Yoga Trance Dance’, which she describes as ‘an exploration of the eternal flow of natural movement through yoga’.
We say ‘Ommm’.
