Cutting Edge

Sezen Ergin Floral Design

Ah, the joy of giving flowers…

Be it your mother, a departing colleague, a newly-wed friend, (or even your dog), everyone’s a sucker for them.  The problem? That shapeless bunch of stalks from the corner flowershop bound by a hideous-looking orange ribbon just won’t ‘cut’.

Why not create your very own designs then?  Floral artist Sezen Ergin offers classes on how to create innovative floral arrangements using the cheapest flowers, among others.

Having recently returned to her native Istanbul with armfuls of floral gusto from both sides of Atlantic (she trained with London’s prestigious Paula Pryke and New York’s Preston Bailey Floral Couture), Sezen also works her magic green fingers on tailor-made bouquets, as well as stylish party and wedding flowers.  (As the hostess with the mostest, you must have the hippest flower arrangements that should be the talk of the evening, right?)

Definitely a ‘cut above others’.
