Ideas for Smart Chicks

Specialty Tea Shop

The English boast about being a nation of tea drinkers.  (165 million cups of it a day, to be exact).

Do they know that we Turks are close followers?  Unfortunately, most of what we drink is in dusty tea-bag form; and the fruity flavoured ones are simply horrible.

Why doesn’t anyone think of opening a pretty little shop selling specialty teas for tea aficionados?

Forget the boring old Lapsang Souchong.  Here’s our wish list:

Emeyu‘s immortal jasmine hand-tied green tea buds—drop one into the (preferably glass) teapot, watch it blossom and drink the beautiful result; Tea Palace‘s Harmony tea with cardamom, rose petals and other delicious herbs in it; and Leaf‘s tiny trial tins of tea, which are perfect for travelling.

Isn’t it time you turned over a new ‘leaf’ in your career?

We’ve seen the future…and it’s looking very Zen.
