Abra Cadabra, which opens today, is the work of food wizard Dilara Erbay and 360 Istanbul‘s celebrity chef Mike Norman.
Spread over four floors in a 100-year old yalı taking in a magnificient sea view, this new cafe/restaurant promises to deliver fresh local produce applying a myriad of world cuisine tastes combining the skills of its two creators (Dilara, South American flavours and Mike, South African ones).
Far from being just a place to satisfy your taste buds, Abra Cadabra also gets your creative juices going by serving as a venue for various artists staging food-art and other creative performances.
