Dilara Erbay is a multi-talented modern-day ‘witch’ who knows a thing or two about sugar and spice and all things nice.

Having travelled as far as South America and Galapagos Islands, she has many ‘tropical’ ideas to jazz up your otherwise ordinary party menu.

Don’t be fooled by her calling her kitchen ‘Dilara Sabra Cadabra’. Any similarity to a witch’s den ends there. All her ‘concoctions’ are pleasing to the eyes as well as to the mouth.

She scours Istanbul’s local markets with the meticulousness of a jeweller and comes up with little surprises which then feature in her menus.

With experience at Robert de Niro’s famous Tribeca Grill Restaurant in NY under her belt, there’s nothing this food artist can’t tackle; be it an international business lunch or a wild childrens party.
