Summer Glide

You’ve tried sizzling Bikram, torturous Hatha, serious Kundalini.   

Maybe it’s time to try something more adventurous to spice up your fitness routine; with Gliding at Yogha

Developed by Mindy Mylrea, it combines aerobic and power training, ending with a less fatty and more toned you. 

The session starts with a nice chat about your fitness needs.  Once that’s done, you grab the ‘discs’ (it’s based on using discs to work primary muscle groups.)  You also ‘glide’ during the exercise, which is why it’s a bit like ice-skating, but without the unpleasant cold and stuffed nose bit. 

Also on offer are pretty much everything from yoga to reiki, pilates and meditation.     

It’s summer.  Soon.  In fact, very soon.  You sure wanna ‘sail’ into your bikini without the effort.
