Towering Ambitions

Adaev & Adasofra

For sale:
-Crocodile Birkin bag (41cm)                               6100 Euro
-BMW 335i Cabriole                                              1170 Euro
-One night at a private hotel with just one room      priceless

Adaev, a luxurious hotel set in an ancient tower (circa. 1602) uniquely renovated to cater to just one lucky couple at a time, opens next week.

Linked to the legendary Ada Hotel—the embodiment of exquisite art de vivre in Bodrum for a long time—Adaev is the first ‘one room only’ hotel in Turkey.  Set on two floors plus a maisonaitte, the place features some most precious details such as not one but two fireplaces, a private hammam, low level floor cushions and other authentic Ottoman memorabilia.

Adjacent to the residence is an unassuming but charming culinary delight in the name of Adasofra Gourmet Restaurant.  Local produce from the sea takes the crown place on the menu, which includes clam pide, mussels pilaki, and sea bass in mustard sauce, among others.

Feels like you’re on top of your own ivory ‘tower’.
