Another day, another fashion show…(but not as you know it).
GALATAMODA AKARETLER
What: After a change of location (from Galata to Akaretler) and date (due to May 1st holiday), the show is finally ready to begin. Expect a cacophony of stalls and designers selling unique clothes, accessories, jewellery, shoes and anything in between at pocket-friendly prices.
Why: You need an instant wardrobe therapy and meet the strangely-named Founta Şerif Oglou Günem.
When: Wed.-Sun., 6-10 May., during the day. Activities in and around the stalls at night.
Where: In front of Akaretler Row Houses (Süleyman Seba Cad & Şair Nedim Cad.) and the über-hip W Hotel.
